Complaints and right of withdrawal

Of course, it ' s annoying when you have a complaint about our service or the products delivered.

After submitting the complaint, we will deal with the complaint as soon as possible and try to find a suitable solution to everyone ' s satisfaction. Upon receipt of the complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will return at all times to the complaint you have given.

We will reply to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, should it require more time, we will inform you of this.

We do our utmost to resolve your complaint to satisfaction, if you are unawares not satisfied then we also offer you the following complaints route:

If you do not appreciate this, then you can always contact the mediation department of the Webshop Keurbrand Foundation, which we are affiliated with.

A complaint about a product, service or the service of Loukadesign can also be submitted via a complaint form on the consumer page of the website of Stichting Webshop Keurbrand (https://www.keurmerk.info/nl/consumenten/klacht/)

The complaint will then be sent to both Loukadesign and Stichting Webshop Keurbrand.

As of 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission ' s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found athttps://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage 
If the complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, then it is free to file the complaint through the European Union platform.

 

Right of withdrawal

In products of loukadesign:

  1. The consumer may dissolve an agreement relating to the purchase of a product during a period of reflection of 14 days without giving reasons. The entrepreneur may ask the consumer for the reason of revocation, but not oblige it to indicate his reason (s).
  2. The reflection period referred to in paragraph 1 shall take effect on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated in advance by the consumer who is not the carrier, shall have received the product, or:
    a. if the consumer has ordered multiple products in the same order: the day on which the consumer, or a third party appointed by him, has received the last product. The entrepreneur may, provided that he has clearly informed the consumer about this prior to the ordering process, refuse an order of multiple products with different delivery times.
    b. where the supply of a product consists of different consignments or parts: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by it, has received the last consignment or the last part.
    c. in the case of contracts for regular delivery of products for a specified period: the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by it, received the first product.


Right of revocation
Loukadesign has the products manufactured according to consumer specifications, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly excluded from the right of withdrawal for a specific person and clearly stated that in the course of the conclusion of the contract, at least in good time for the conclusion of the contract.
